What is the exchange/return policy?
We offer exchanges & refunds in line with our Terms & Conditions within 45 days of ordering. There are AUS, NZ & USA return locations and in most circumstances you are required to cover the shipping cost.
How do I wash/care for these?
Hose after each use to remove dirt & debris. When heavily soiled we recommend handwashing or putting in the machine inside a garment bag on a cool and gentle cycle with mild detergent. Ensure ALL sticky velcro is completely covered or it will damage the mesh. If your boot has straps, make sure they are done up. Dry in shade and store in a well ventilated area.
What makes these boots special?
Our boots are made with an incredibly lightweight and breathable 3D mesh fabric that allows for real air flow your horse can feel. It does not contain any neoprene, fleece or unnecessary linings. Many boot brands appear to have mesh, however, the inside is actually lined with neoprene.
