Shipping policy

General Information

At Airstride, we strive for your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to assist with returns or exchanges.

Shipping Information

  • AUS Express: 1 - 3 Business Days

  • AUS Standard: 4 - 7 Business Days

  • NZ Shipping: 3 - 6 Business Days

  • US Shipping (Tariffs paid by Airstride): 6 - 10 Business Days

  • International Shipping (CAN, EU, UK, Rest of the World): 6 - 21 Business Days

  • Shipping times are estimates, and delays may occur during high-demand periods.

Incorrect Address or Refused Delivery

  • It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct. Any errors not corrected before dispatch may incur a re-delivery fee.

  • If a delivery is refused or rejected, a re-delivery fee may occur. Alternatively a refund can be issued minus shipping expense and any taxes/duties paid by Airstride.

Customs & Taxes

  • USA: Duties & tariffs are now covered entirely by Airstride as our gift to you. You will now see this as “US Delivery - Tariffs Paid by Airstride” at checkout confirming the total price you see is all you have to pay to recieve your order.

  • CA, UK, EU & International: Local Duties & Taxes will be collected from you by Customs when your item lands in your country. These fees vary country to country. They will contact you via email or phone with the import fees before delivering your order.

  • NOTE: Any taxes & duties, along with shipping charges (including both the original shipping cost and any return shipping fees incurred) are non-refundable as we do not retain these.

Returns Period
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of parcel arrival. After this period, we may no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please reach out to our team at hello@airstrideequine.com before returning any items.

  • If you wish to return an item due to sizing issues or a change of mind (e.g., colour preference), and the boots are unworn, undamaged, and free from dirt, you can send them back at your own expense within 30 days of arrival. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll exchange it for the desired size or colour at no additional cost to you.

  • If you prefer a refund, we will issue a full refund (excluding shipping costs) for boots that are unworn, undamaged, and free from dirt.

  • If the boots are found to be faulty or damaged, we’ll arrange an exchange at no cost to you.

Backorder/Pre-Order Items

  • Items marked as Backorder/Pre-order on the product page are subject to an approximate restock date. By purchasing these items, you agree to the restock date and understand your order will be shipped once all items are available.

  • You may cancel your backorder at any time before the item ships by contacting hello@airstrideequine.com.

Refund Processing

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear.

  • Refunds will exclude shipping (and tariffs costs for USA only).

Partial Refunds & Rejections
A partial refund or rejection may apply under the following conditions:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after receiving.

  • Items that are damaged, soiled, worn, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check with your original payment method or bank, as processing times can vary.

  • If you’ve followed up with your bank and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at hello@airstrideequine.com.

Exchanges

  • We will exchange items that are in their original condition, unworn, unused, damage and dirt free within 30 days.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • You can cancel or modify your order prior to shipping. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to go through the return or exchange process.

Shipping Returns

  • We have return locations in AUS, NZ & USA, contact us to receive these.

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Customs taxes, duties and shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

BLACK FRIDAY PROMOTION

  • Spend $299+ (AU/CA/NZ) or $199+ (US/EU/UK) in order to select your free gift of either Mesh Storage Bag or Bell Boots. 

  • Not available in conjunction with any other discount/coupon.

  • Shipping cost does not count towards spend.

  • Promo ends 03 December 2025.

Sale Items & Promotions

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are not refundable.

  • Discount codes cannot be combined.

  • We do not offer retroactive price adjustments for prior purchases made before a sale or promotional event.

Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards currently have no expiry date. They are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash, except where required by law.
  • Gift Cards are treated like cash - lost, deleted, or stolen Gift Cards cannot be replaced, reissued, or refunded.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and do not count toward minimum spend thresholds for promotional offers.
  • Refunds for items purchased with a Gift Card will be issued back to a Gift Card.

Large/Bulk Orders
For large or bulk international orders may incur additional shipping, insurance, or import-related fees due to courier restrictions and customs requirements. Airstride reserves the right to invoice these additional costs prior to dispatch to ensure secure and compliant delivery.

Unauthorised Reselling

  • The resale of Airstride products without a formal agreement is prohibited and voids all warranties. We reserve the right to take action against unauthorised reselling.

Warranty

  • We offer a 3-month manufacturing warranty on all products from the purchase date for defects in material or workmanship.

  • The warranty does not cover damage from improper use, excessive wear, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Overreach/Bell boots are excluded from the warranty, except if found damaged before use due to the nature of their wear.

Making a Warranty Claim

  • To file a warranty claim, please provide photos of the defect and your order details in an email to hello@airstrideequine.com for assessment.
